What does Datarob do?
We embed senior data engineers — data, BI, data quality, cloud and AI/ML — into your team. They work inside your tools and processes, while we handle sourcing, vetting, contracts and payroll.
How fast can we hire an engineer?
For our core stacks — Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, Spark, Airflow, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Power BI — you can hire in about 2 days: matching CVs on day 1, interviews on days 1–2. Rarer profiles can take up to 2 weeks; we’ll tell you on the first call.
How do you vet engineers?
Every engineer passes technical tests, a live problem-solving round and reference checks. We also check communication and time-zone overlap before sending you a CV.
What if the engineer isn’t a good fit?
We replace them within 2 weeks, at no extra cost.
How does pricing work?
Each CV shows the engineer’s hourly rate, which depends on seniority and stack. There are no upfront fees — you pay monthly.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There’s no lock-in: you can scale up, scale down or end the engagement at any time.
Which time zones do your engineers work in?
Mostly Europe and nearby — for example Poland, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey — plus North America. We match engineers to overlap with your working hours.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We’re happy to sign an NDA before you share any details, and we treat everything you share as confidential.
